What: Client Appreciation Party, for our clients and their families

When: Sunday, April 18th, sign-in begins at 8:30 AM

Where: Defy Louisville Trampoline Park  -- 100 Urton Ln, Louisville KY, 40223

Why: We love to give back, and our amazing clients and referral partners are the reason we are able to give back.

If you plan to attend, please RSVP by April 7th, 2021 !

Due to COVID limitations on capacity, we are limited to 160 guests attending, with 120 of those guests permitted to jump at one time. Therefore, we will awarding those spots to the first 160 RSVP's.

Other notes on the party:

A waiver must be signed by all guests who would like to participate in the activities. This waiver can be signed upon arrival or it can be signed ahead of time on Defy's website, here (recommended). You must be 18 or older to sign the waiver and all guests who are under 18 years old and wish to participate must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian on their behalf.

Gritted socks will be provided on-site for all guests.

Guests are encouraged to arrive up to 30 minutes early (8:30 AM). This will allow time for all guests to sign-in, check in their shoes, receive and equip their gritted socks, and, if necessary, fill out the aforementioned waiver.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Defy has taken many measures to ensure all guests are safe. These steps include: 

• All guests have their temperature checked upon entrance using touchless CERTIFY technology
• All workers and guests are required to wear masks
• All crew members were given additional safety and sanitation training
• High-frequency touch-points are cleaned on an hourly basis
• The entire park is clean and sanitized nightly
• Dedicated routes and queuing locations have been marked to allow guests to navigate the park while continuing to social distance
