Eric knows how the system works. He takes plenty of pictures,and even a video. And when its time to put the house on the market, He's well prepared to put it out there. Our house was listed in more places than we even knew about, and sold in 4 days.

Brett was very good at helping find the perfect first home for my fiancé and I. The market was very tough and we had to look at houses very soon after they were listed. Brett was able to help us identify potential homes in our search criteria and was able to show them to us each time, sometimes last second or on weekends.
