Eric is an honoree member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is in the top 1% of the Board of Realtors. He has a background in lending and banking, and has been a real estate agent for 10 years. As well as his career in real estate, Eric also builds and remodels homes. This cornucopia of skills, experience, and knowledge allows him to provide his clients with a unique and truly all-encompassing guide to the housing market.

Most importantly, Eric is a husband and father of two. In his down time he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as boating, fishing, and hunting.

Beth has been in the real estate industry since 2016 and has helped clients find their dream homes in every area from Prospect to Elizabethtown. After juggling both real estate and hair dressing for the past two years, Beth has decided to jump into real estate full time, and Scroggin Team is excited to have her! As well as real estate, Beth dons the hallowed roles of wife and mother; with her loving husband of 10 years, she has 2 daughters, aged 4 and 9.

Jill brings to the table, a legacy of experience! Her Great Grandfather and Grandfather, Charles G. Ort, started a career in  Real Estate back in 1933 by opening their own Brokerage! Her Grandfather also dabbled in insurance and over the years blended this business into the Real Estate company! In 1973 Charles semi- retired, and sold the insurance company, but continued running a successful Real Estate Brokerage until 1995. Being a well respected man in the industry Jill learned a great deal from him. She credits her Grandfather for the genuine passion she has for the industry and her love for the one on one interaction with clients.
